Mr. Batinovich has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Strategic Realty Trust (SRT) since Glenborough, LLC and its affiliate SRT Advisors, LLC became property manager and advisor to SRT in August 2013. Mr. Batinovich currently serves as President and Chief Executive of Glenborough, LLC. Glenborough, LLC is a privately held full service real estate investment and management company focused on the acquisition, management and leasing of institutional quality commercial properties.


Michael A. Steele is Glenborough's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since August 2003. Prior to joining Glenborough as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management in 2002, Mr. Steele spent ten years at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) or its affiliates. There, he served as Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 through 2002. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations at EOP from 1996 until 1998; which followed a variety of executive positions at various EOP affiliates beginning in 1992. Before joining EOP, Mr. Steele served as Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Rubloff, Inc., a full service real estate company in Chicago, IL.


G. Lee Burns is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Glenborough, LLC. Previously, Mr. Burns was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated. Mr. Burns joined Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated in March of 1997, and previously held the position Vice President – Counsel. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mr. Burns provides legal and strategic advice to the company in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions and finance. Prior to joining Glenborough, Mr. Burns spent 13 years in private practice, specializing in real estate transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Burns has a BA (with distinction) in Economics and a J.D., both from Stanford University.


As Senior Vice President – Investments, Mr. Shapiro is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and closing all Company acquisitions. Since joining the Company in 1997, Mr. Shapiro and his acquisition and research team have closed over $3 billion of real estate investments consisting of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties located throughout the U.S. Mr. Shapiro is also responsible for all property dispositions and valuations. Prior to joining Glenborough, he spent 14 years as Director of Asset Management and Equity Sales with Aetna Life Insurance Company where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Mr. Shapiro received a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.


Terri Garnick has served as Chief Financial Officer for SRT since January 2014. Since April 2005, Ms. Garnick has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Glenborough. Ms. Garnick oversees all property management accounting, financial statement preparation, SEC reporting, cash management, internal audit, external audit coordination, and tax returns for Glenborough and its investment affiliates, as well as information technology and human resources functions. From June 2001 until April 2005, Ms. Garnick worked as Special Projects Coordinator at Glenborough. Between January 1996 and June 2001, Ms. Garnick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc. Prior to the merger of Glenborough with Glenborough Realty Trust, Inc., Ms. Garnick served from August 1992 until January 1996 as Vice President of Glenborough Corporation. In addition, Ms. Garnick worked at Glenborough Corporation as an Accounting Manager from October 1989 until August 1992. Before joining Glenborough Corporation in 1989, Ms. Garnick was Controller at August Financial Corporation and a Senior Accountant at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, an accounting firm.


Mr. Kettmann has been with the Company since January 2008 and has held the positions of Manager – Special Projects and more recently Manager – Finance. During this time, Mr. Kettmann has worked with lenders and brokers to negotiate and secure financing for a number of the Company managed portfolios. Mr. Kettmann is also responsible for assisting with the investment functions such as acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of the funds and properties. Prior to joining Glenborough, Mr. Kettmann previously held the positions of Senior Tax Analyst at Farallon Capital Management, LLC and a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Mr. Kettmann received his BS in Accounting from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA.
